What to Contact Us About
- Content corrections: If you spot an error in one of our guides — a wrong price, an outdated feature, or factually incorrect advice — please let us know. We take corrections seriously and update content when we get them wrong.
- Course or app suggestions: If there’s a piano learning resource you think we should review or cover, we’re happy to hear about it.
- Broken links: If a link on the site is broken or leads somewhere unexpected, a quick note helps us fix it.
- General questions: If you have a question about learning piano as a beginner that isn’t covered in our guides, feel free to ask.
What We Can’t Help With
We’re not a piano school and don’t offer personalised feedback on your playing. For that, a private teacher or a platform with instructor feedback (like TakeLessons or Lessonface) is a better fit.
We also can’t assist with purchases, refunds, or account issues for third-party courses. For those, please contact the course provider directly.
